Rebecca Slape received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Stony Brook University and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Tennessee State University.
Rebecca developed a passion for pelvic health while working within skilled nursing facilities, experiencing how much incontinence impacts plan of care, discharge options and continuing support needs for older adults. The frequent response to a pelvic floor physical therapy referral of, ‘this is just how it is,’ highlighted the need for increased awareness around pelvic health and rehabilitation.
Rebecca focuses on fostering a therapeutic alliance with her patients, and giving them the tools they need to manage their pelvic health long after discharge from therapy. She is Herman and Wallace level 1A, 2A and 2B certified, and has taken further continuing education courses focusing on yoga for pelvic pain and myofascial mobilization. In addition to her love of working with older adults, she also has areas of interest in LGBTQ+ needs, pelvic pain, and chronic bowel disorders.
Outside of the clinic, Rebecca enjoys playing tabletop games with her husband and friends, handicrafts, going for long walks and stopping to smell the roses.
Sarah is a National Certified Counselor with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary, and a Bachelor of Science in Multidisciplinary Studies from the University of Oklahoma. She works primarily from a person-centered therapy framework, using techniques from cognitive behavioral, existential, and narrative therapies.
Sarah has been involved in helping people to grow and develop for over 12 years. She enjoys working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. In particular, women who are struggling through the postpartum phase of motherhood is something that Sarah is passionate about. She has counseled couples, dealing with communication issues, affair recovery, and conflict resolution and also has experience with adolescents and families struggling with family relationships, parenting, and boundaries.
In her free time, she enjoy many different hobbies including reading, hiking, exploring new places and various artistic pursuits. She also loves spending time with friends and family; her husband and two small children are one of the most important parts of her life.

She is passionate about serving others and helping families plan and prepare for the future with an estate plan that reflects their values and goals. She has earned her bachelor’s degree in Hispanic Studies from Lewis & Clark College, where she graduated cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. In the years between undergrad and law school, Elin trained Quarter Horses professionally.
While at Willamette University College of Law, Elin was the managing editor of the Willamette Journal of International Law and Dispute Resolution and a member of the Willamette Law Review and Willamette Law Online. She graduated cum laude and in the top 15% of her class.
